Janette is a NSW Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates and Notary Public. As an experienced senior practitioner in our Wills and Estates team, she offers expert advice in this area of practice, with a particular emphasis on contested estate disputes and representation in court proceedings of varying complexity.

Janette is dedicated to providing exceptional service and employs skilled negotiation techniques to achieve dispute resolution, often prior to the commencement of proceedings. This approach helps minimise both the costs and the uncertainty associated with litigation outcomes.

Her focus on problem-solving will guide you through the legal process with both empathy and expert advice, as her approach to legal practice is centred on a strong commitment to justice and truth. Janette can advise individuals, class representatives, trustees and corporate entities in their capacity as beneficiaries, executors or parties to court proceedings.

In her previous role as an adviser in a national ASX-listed company, Janette represented a large number of claimants in the Family Provision List, of the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of NSW. Due to her high success rate in resolving these disputes, Janette has made a significant difference in the lives of her clients.

Janette is also able to advise in Russian.

Janette has eclectic interests and in her spare time she enjoys collecting vintage books, reading novels of Stephen King, black and white cinema and “Country Life”. She is also passionate about her children.
