Zachary joined our personal and business services team in August 2024, having previously worked at a law firm specialising exclusively in Wills & Estates.

Zachary is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of International Studies (with Distinction), before going on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice shortly afterwards. He is currently a general committee member of the St George-Sutherland Regional Law Society.

Zachary practices across a broad range of areas in the civil jurisdiction, but has a particular interest in estate, incapacity and succession planning, probate and estate administration, deceased estate litigation (including contested Wills and family provision claims), and guardianship matters concerning incapacitated persons. Zachary also advises clients on business structuring and commercial transactions and disputes. He is passionate about helping his clients navigate complex (and often emotionally distressing) legal situations and utilising his thorough, empathetic and solutions-focused approach to achieve their objectives.

Outside of the office, you will find Zachary exploring the best cafés and restaurants around town or at the park with his whippet, Lucy. He also loves stand-up comedy, musical theatre and a good Sunday market.
