Selling Property

Once your home has sold, contracts have exchanged and a settlement date has been set, it is time to start planning your move. There is packing to be done, mail redirection to organise, booking a removalist company and perhaps a cleaner to help you get on top of the jobs.  No wonder it’s often reported that moving is one of the most stressful life events.

To make this a little less overwhelming we have prepared a checklist to make the transition easier. You can download a copy of the checklist here: Planning your move

Notify Organisations/People of your change of address

There are so many companies you need to notify of your change of address. You may also need to arrange for connections of services to the new address. You can download a copy of our Change of address checklist to help you organise this.

Good luck with the move, we hope it all goes smoothly!
