Legal Assistant – Wills and Estate Planning Team
The Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our busy CBD office for an energetic Legal Assistant providing support to our busy Wills and Estate planning team. The successful candidate will have proven experience, be proactive, switched on and a team oriented individual who can work autonomously.
Key Duties
- Assistant to the Wills and Estate Planning team
- Draft, review and prepare correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients, Courts, Solicitors and Barristers
- Extensive diary management
- Dictaphone typing
- File management
- Billing and accounts
- General administration duties
Selection Criteria
- Relevant experience providing high quality support in Wills and Estate Litigation
- Display initiative and enthusiasm
- Confident and professional manner
- Ability to work around tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
